Business Office Manager – Finance
Job description
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree
– 10+ years of relevant experience required
– 5+ years of management experience required
– Strong Leadership skills
– Must have excellent Communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, EMR, and Clinical Management Software
– Greenway PrimeSuite , Encoda, and Phreesia experience a plus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Monitors accounts receivable and EOB’s for correct reimbursement
– Assures fee schedules are current and updated in Greenway PrimeSuite system
– Approves patient and insurance refunds
– Promote positive environment
– Updates clinical staff on changes in codes, insurance, etc.
– Tracks day-to-day billing and collection (both personal and insurance) activity
– Is responsible for work schedules, approving work hours and ensuring good attendance records of staff members at all locations
– Perform management duties to include supervising staff members, participating in the hiring process, ensuring proper staff training and staff compliance with company policies and procedures
– This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer
Switchboard Operator -Full Time Days
Ensures that all telephone calls are answered promptly and professionally and directs the calls to the correct departments. Sorts and distributes mail to Company departments.
Accountability: Reports directly to the Supervisor of Appointment Scheduling.
Education or Training: Must be a high school graduate or earned a GED
Knowledge and Experience: Requires at least two years of work experience in the operation of Executone IDS System or similar telephone system.

Audiologist
An audiologist specializes in evaluating and treating people with hearing loss. The audiologist conducts a wide variety of tests to determine the exact nature of the individuals problem. The audiologist also dispenses and fits hearing aids, administers tests for balance and rehabilitation training.
Must have AuD or Master’s degree in Audiology and certification by American Speech and Hearing Association and Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech, Pathology and Audiology.
