The Look of LASIK

Thelook

If you have been cursed with poor vision, you no longer have to see the world through the haze of glasses or contacts. At Premier Medical Group, our team of doctors is experienced in advanced LASIK surgery to correct common vision problems.

What is it?

PRM_Whatisit_2

LASIK is an advanced form of laser vision correction designed to correct vision problems from nearsightedness to farsightedness and astigmatism.

How does it work?

PRM_Howditwrk_

Doctors use a laser to reshape the cornea beneath the surface after manufacturing a superficial cornea flap. The flap is folded back and the laser is applied to the underlying layers of the cornea. The whole process can be done in under 10 minutes, a lot faster than it took you to develop poor vision.

Is it right for me?

The healing process is much faster than you would expect. 99% of patients are able to return to work and other normal activities by the following morning. Often times functional vision returns within several hours and allows for both eyes to be done at the same visit. No stitches or eye patches are required, sorry pirate fans.
